Fair Refund & Cancellation Guarantee
We understand that festival celebrations require utmost purity and timeliness. Our policy is designed to give you complete peace of mind.
1. Order Cancellations
You can request an order cancellation at any time before your sacred hamper is dispatched with our delivery rider. Once an order enters the Shipped state, it cannot be recalled as perishable items (e.g. fresh lotus flowers, marigold garlands, sacred leaves) are freshly harvested.
2. Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
If any item arrives damaged, leaked, or missing from your kit:
- Notify customer support within 6 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or our Support page.
- We will either dispatch an express replacement within the next Muhurat window or issue an immediate refund.
3. Refund Processing Timelines
- UPI & Netbanking: Refunds are credited within 24 to 48 hours.
- Credit & Debit Cards: Standard banking turnaround of 5 to 7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Any approved refunds are transferred directly via UPI to your mobile number.
