Celbrico is a centralized single-merchant direct-to-consumer (D2C) service delivering authentic pooja hampers, sacred hawan samagri, fresh flowers, and festive groceries. Celbrico directly manages catalog inventory, packing, and dispatch.
2. Muhurat Delivery Windows
Customers may select a dedicated Muhurat delivery slot during checkout. While we maintain a 98%+ on-time fulfillment record across Bengaluru, delivery times may occasionally vary due to inclement weather, festival traffic conditions, or force majeure events.
3. Pricing & Inventory
All prices displayed on Celbrico are listed in Indian National Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. In the rare event an item is found damaged or unavailable prior to packaging, Celbrico will notify you and process an immediate refund.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders placed through Celbrico shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
